Are you a student who just moved away from home? Being in a new city to pursue education goals is a huge change and an important step that could have a very positive impact on the life you lead in the future. But this change can be scary if you don’t know anyone, experience culture shock or aren’t aware of the supports around you.

The New Journeys transition guide for post-secondary students, posted below, is a great resource for Indigenous students.

There likely are local supports—programs and services to help make your transition easier— but you may not know where to look for them. Along with the transition guide for students, check out the New Journeys searchable directory of programs and services here.
