The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) has created two online resources to help people who have been affected by suicide.

These toolkits are easy to use and organized by subject matter:

  • Where to get help
  • Coping and crisis planning
  • Messages of hope

They were created in collaboration with the Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention, The Centre for Suicide Prevention and the Public Health Agency of Canada.
